We never sell your personal contact numbers, delivery addresses, or browsing history to third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Your Data
Collected information is used exclusively to:
- Process nationwide order dispatches via partner courier services.
- Send real-time SMS order status updates and OTP verifications.
- Facilitate seller escrow payouts and return refunds.
4. Payment & Escrow Security
All online mobile financial transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard) are processed via 256-bit TLS encrypted payment gateways certified by Bangladesh Bank.
BechaaKena does not store raw credit card PINs or mobile banking PIN codes on its servers.
7. Your Privacy Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to request access to your stored personal data or request permanent deletion of your BechaaKena profile by contacting our Data Officer.
